BriFili Stating: Thursday 5th November

Apologies for the lack of posting. Then again I don't think anyone actually reads this anymore. It's more like an online retreat where I can send my random thoughts out into a cyberspace black hole, that said, I'm sure one day something I would have posted will come back to haunt me.

Anyway, a friend of mine celebrated her 'twenteenth' yesterday (her birthday's not until Saturday, but she doesn't like the thought of turning twenty so we coined a new phrase for her). Amongst the hussle and bustle of decorating the flat and making pizza, I forgot to buy her card.

So, I frantically went away to think of something great and original to put on her card. Here's what I came up with:

A lot of what is written on this blog should be taken with a pinch of salt. You see, I suffer from a terrible disorder called dry humour. It's quite common amongst Britons and is a deceptive ailment whereby the sufferer is perceived as being serious, when in fact the total opposite is true. Awful thing.
